Proven Partner for Leading Beauty Brands- R&D Experience

We support well-known beauty brands and top-tier packaging programs. Brands choose us for stable execution, consistent mass production quality, and the ability to scale from sampling to repeat orders with clear specifications and disciplined change control.

We bring deep development experience from real launches—knowing where projects typically run into trouble and how to prevent delays. We proactively help customers avoid common R&D “pitfalls” such as:

•  Decoration compatibility issues (adhesion, rub resistance, color shift, and finish inconsistency)

•  Tolerance stack-up risks that lead to misalignment, poor closure feel, or unstable assembly

•  Material selection trade-offs that affect durability, appearance, or recyclability targets

•  Artwork and process limitations that impact line sharpness, registration, or metallic/UV effects

•  Scale-up gaps where samples look good but mass production becomes inconsistent

With early feasibility checks, clear standards, and practical engineering recommendations, we help turn creative concepts into launch-ready packaging that performs reliably in mass production.

Production Capability Built for Consistency

Mass production success depends on repeatability. We prioritize:

•  Standardized manufacturing processes

•  Controlled materials and approved samples

•  Assembly fit control and appearance standards

•  Clear change control to prevent“silent changes”across batches

If your project includes multiple SKUs, tight tolerance assemblies, or complex decoration, we manage the details with documented checkpoints.

Quality Control You Can Audit

We run quality control as a system, not a final inspection. Typical controls include:

•  Incoming inspection for key materials

•  In-process checks for size, appearance, and assembly

•  Functional tests based on product structure needs

•  Final inspection before shipment and traceable records

We focus on what matters to brands: consistent color, stable assembly feel, decoration durability, and reliable performance after transportation.

Innovation in Decoration & Sustainable Packaging

We develop innovative cosmetic packaging solutions that balance brand impact with practical sustainability. This includes premium decoration development alongside sustainability options such as PCR materials, mono-material design, and material reduction through structure optimization .

A&P was the first company to introduce digital printing into cosmetic packaging applications in 2014 , helping brands achieve fast-changing graphics, lower MOQ per design, and premium visual effects.

All solutions are validated through feasibility review and sample approval to ensure the required appearance, durability, and batch-to-batch consistency.

Project Management That Protects Your Timeline

Beauty launches are deadline-driven. We keep projects moving with:

•  Clear schedules and milestone alignment

•  Fast feedback loops during sampling

•  Risk reminders before mass production

•  Simple, direct communication for quick decisions

Team

Our team brings together structural engineers, production experts, quality engineers, and experienced project managers who understand how cosmetic packaging performs in real-world conditions—during filling, assembly, shipping, and everyday consumer use.

We focus on the details that protect your launch later: tolerance stack-up and fit, decoration and material compatibility, wear and scratch resistance, closure feel, and assembly consistency across batches. With clear documentation and fast communication, we help you move from sample approval to stable mass production with fewer surprises.

Value & Vision

We believe great packaging partnerships are built on three values:

Values:

Our vision is to become a long-term packaging platform for global beauty brands—known for stable quality , innovative yet production-ready solutions , and professional delivery .

Trust & Clients

We handle every project with strict confidentiality and respect for your brand. Many of our partnerships are built through referrals, and some customers have worked with us for more than 30 years.

Clients choose A&P for cosmetic packaging that is reliable in production, consistent across batches, efficient to develop, and ready for global shipment and retail presentation.

If you have samples, drawings, or a target price range, we can quickly assess feasibility and propose the right development path.

Global Market Support

We respect regional protection and make every effort to avoid offering the same packaging design to customers within the same market. With over 40 years of experience working with international customers, we keep communication clear, structured, and easy to follow. Consistent standards, clear specifications, dependable lead times, and shipment-ready quality documentation are what set us apart in the industry.

Licenses & Patents

We operate with the required business and manufacturing licenses for cosmetic packaging production, and we manage compliance through documented internal processes and controlled production standards. For customer projects, we can support relevant documentation requests based on your market requirements and your audit needs.

FAQ

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms depend on the project type (new development vs. repeat order) and cooperation history. Common terms are deposit + balance before shipment. For long-term customers or larger programs, alternative terms can be discussed case by case.

What is your typical MOQ?

Our typical MOQ is 12,000 pcs per item/style. If you need a smaller quantity , we can discuss options based on the structure, decoration complexity, and whether existing tooling is available.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead time depends on whether the project uses existing tooling or requires new mold development , as well as the structure, decoration complexity, and approval rounds. Typical timelines are:

•  Customized sample lead time: usually 1-3 weeks

•  Mold development lead time: usually 4-6 weeks

•  Mass production lead time: usually 30-45 days after sample approval and order confirmation

For repeat items with existing tooling and approved standards, lead time is usually shorter. Final timing is confirmed after specifications, artwork, and sampling requirements are fully aligned.

Do you provide samples and prototypes?

Yes. We support concept review, functional prototypes, mock-up samples, and pre-production samples for decoration and color confirmation. We recommend the most suitable sampling route based on your target timeline, accuracy requirements, and budget.

How do you control quality?

Quality control is managed through standardized checkpoints, including:

•  Incoming inspection for key materials and components

•  In-process control during molding, assembly, and decoration-related steps

•  Appearance and functional checks (fit, closure feel, alignment, surface durability as required)

•  Final inspection before shipment

Traceable records can be provided when required by the customer or project.

What shipping methods do you support?

We support sea freight, air freight, and express shipping. We can ship using your forwarder, or recommend logistics options based on destination, delivery urgency, and cost.

What is your quality guarantee?

If a quality issue is confirmed, we:

•  review samples and evidence

•  perform root-cause analysis (materials / process / handling)

•  provide corrective actions to prevent recurrence

•  discuss replacement, rework, or compensation based on agreement and responsibility scope

We aim to resolve issues quickly while protecting your launch schedule.

What after-sales support do you offer?

We support long-term programs with:

•  issue investigation and corrective action reporting (when needed)

•  process improvement follow-up for repeat orders

•  documentation updates for standards, golden samples, and batch control

Our goal is to keep future production more stable and reduce repeat issues over time.
